
I have recently found these Deliciously Ella energy balls so easy to make and I can't stop snacking on them. Plus so much more efficient to make your own instead of buying them.
Ingredients
200g of dates
100g of almonds
1 tablespoon of almond butter
2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Method
Begin by placing the almonds in the food processor and pulsing until they are all broken up.
Then add the already pitted medjool dates and coconut oil and pulse until it’s fully mixed.
Add the almond butter and cacao and then mix again in the food processor. Add a pinch of salt if desired. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball.
Place the rolled balls into the freezer for an hour, then remove and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
