Protein Poke Bowl

PROTEIN TUNA POKE BOWL - Super easy, high protein and super filling!



INGREDIENTS

- TUNA steak/ chunks

- 1 tsp Miso Paste

- 1 tsp Sesame seed oil

- 2 tsp Teriyaki sauce (more if you like it saucy 😉)

- Edamame beans

- Avocado

- Brown Rice

- Watercress

- Spring onion



METHOD:

Start by putting your rice onto boil (takes around 20 mins). In a bowl marinate your Tuna with Miso, sesame oil and teriyaki! Prep all the veg. Once rice nearly cooked, in a non stick pan add a drizzle of olive oil and the tuna (save some sauce) cook 2/3 mins or how you like! Add the sauce towards the end to heat! Plate up in a bowl, top with spring onions 🥑🐟🌱
