So this brekkie bowl was eaten rather quickly and I could eat it all over again! So many different shades of browns but all foods that are rich in fibre and great for digestion.

Peanut Butter - just so yummy!!!
Manuka Honey - this such a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant! If you have a sore throat this is the answer!!
