Winter Brekkie Bowl



So this brekkie bowl was eaten rather quickly and I could eat it all over again! So many different shades of browns but all foods that are rich in fibre and great for digestion.

- Rolled Oats

- Mixed Nuts

- Pumpkin Seeds

- Orange Peel

- Coconut Flakes


Bran Flakes - Great source of fibre and helps digestion



Natural Greek Yogurt - Yogurt is great for the gut as it is a source of healthy bacteria



Fresh Berries - Blackberries & Blueberries



Peanut Butter - just so yummy!!!



Manuka Honey - this such a great anti-inflammatory and antioxidant! If you have a sore throat this is the answer!!




Just a few ideas of what you can add to your brekkie, so your getting lots of different nutrients!
